Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BeStartup. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Questions? Email bestartupai1@gmail.com.

The service

BeStartup uses AI to help you produce a business plan, pitch deck, and landing page from a startup idea, and to refine them via an AI co-founder. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate/credit limits.
• Don’t publish content you don’t have the rights to.

AI-generated content

As between you and us, the content you generate is yours to use. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unoriginal — treat plans, financials, and legal-style documents as drafts, verify important facts, and seek professional advice before relying on them. We don’t warrant the accuracy of generated content, and legal/financial templates are not a substitute for a lawyer or accountant.

Credits & billing

• The service is credit-metered. The Free plan includes a one-time credit allowance and one workspace.
• Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are subscriptions that renew automatically each period and grant a monthly credit allowance. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• One-time top-up packs add credits that don’t expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable.
• Prices and credit costs may change; we’ll give notice of material changes.

Published pages

You’re responsible for the content of any landing page you publish and for how you use it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeStartup isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll update the date above and surface material changes in-app where practical. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
